Sacrament of Baptism at OLPH

Information for parents seeking Baptism for their children, infancy to 6 years of age

Parents inquiring about Baptism should attend one of our Sunday Masses at OLPH and request a Baptism package afterwards from Fr. Frank McDevitt (parish priest) or Alison Endrizzi (Lay Pastoral Associate). You may choose to attend either the Saturday 5 p.m. or Sunday 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. or 4 p.m. Mass. The ushers and visiting priests do not have the packages and they will be unavailable in the office.

Please return the completed application on a later Saturday or Sunday Mass to one of the same people (above). Please submit at least one week prior to the start of the Baptism preparation program dates you select on the form.
